DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

Delivery

Orders placed via the shop are automatically confirmed by email, once the payment has been confirmed.

We undertake to prepare and dispatch your orders within a maximum of 3 working days after receipt of the order.
Packaging, handling and transport costs are included in the total cost of shipping.

For parcels, you will receive a confirmation email from Colissimo with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the progress of the delivery in real time.

The delivery times indicated by La Poste are given as an indication. Fibre Bio declines all responsibility in case of late delivery due to the services of La Poste.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties may be applied and are at the customer’s expense.

In order to reduce costs and transport we advise you to group your purchases in one order.

Order returns

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 7 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If, despite all the attention we have paid to your order, you are not entirely satisfied, we undertake to exchange or reimburse you for any item that does not suit you within 15 days.

Requests for exchange or refund are made exclusively by email. No return sent without prior request by email will be refunded.

Returned items must be in new condition. Any item used or damaged will not be exchanged or refunded.

In case of loss or damage to the returned package, we will not be able to process the return and you will have to make a claim directly to your carrier.

The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This is why, before placing an order, if you have any doubt about a product, we advise you to send us an email beforehand.
